What we do with your details, in plain terms.

01Who we are

02What we collect

When you use the callback form or contact us directly, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the service you are interested in and any message you add.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment details through the website.

03Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, give you a price, and arrange a clean if you go ahead. If you become a regular customer, we keep enough information to run your round and invoice you.

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we will never sell them.

04Lawful basis

We process your enquiry on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch. Where we hold details for an ongoing round, that is to perform our contract with you.

05Who can see it

Your information stays with ClearView. It may pass through the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider and the tool that delivers form submissions, but it is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request. Customer records are kept for as long as you are on the round and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

07Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To do any of these, email us at info@clearviewmidlands.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
