Clear prices, before you call.
Most window cleaners keep their prices off the website. We put ours in plain view. Regular cleaning starts at £20 a visit, frames, sills and doors included, and the figure below is what you would pay. We confirm it for your exact property before the first clean.
01Window cleaning
Priced per visit, on a round you never chase.
The same clean every time: glass, frames, sills and doors, reached from the ground with a water-fed pole. Choose how often we come.

Add a conservatory for £8 to £10, or an extension for £5 to £8, depending on the size of the property.
02Gutters & roofline
Priced per job, done from the ground.
Clearing pulls the leaves and silt out of the channel so water drains. The fascia and soffit wash brings the whole roofline back to white. Many homes book both together.

Add the run along a conservatory or extension for £15 on a clearing, or £20 on a full fascia and soffit wash.
03Good to know
The small print, in plain sight.
No hidden extras and nothing saved for the doorstep. These are the things worth knowing before you book.
Prices are a guide based on standard modern homes. Larger, older or commercial properties are quoted to suit.
One-off cleans are charged at the twelve-weekly rate plus 20 per cent, because the first clean after a long gap takes longer.
Inside glass, where you want it, is charged at 1.5 times the outside price.
Conservatory roof cleaning is charged at £7.50 per panel.
Frames, sills and doors are included in every window clean, never an extra.
